Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. The items will be shipped out of our warehouse located in the California. For international shipping, please email us at team@tinymoumou.com to process an order separately.

How much is shipping and when will it arrive?

Your shipping cost and the estimated delivery time are calculated from your address and shown at checkout, so you'll always see them before you pay.

Can i return the product?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, and for hygiene reasons grooming tools that have already been used can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. For a change-of-mind return you cover return shipping and the original shipping charge is non-refundable. Email team@tinymoumou.com with your order number to start.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us at team@tinymoumou.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. In that case we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
